Sonia Szajnberg is a jazz vocalist and recent graduate of the Purchase College Conservatory of Music, lives in Brooklyn and spends her time singing, writing, and performing with her trio in venues throughout New York City. Sonia believes strongly in the relationship between performance and education and works as a teaching artist, leading music residencies in public schools. Sonia came to Music Together after hearing about the wonderful curriculum and educational philosophy it is based upon from several friends and colleagues. She is thrilled to be registered Music Together teacher. On Summer 2008 hiatus.
