General Policy / Rules / Release /Waiver
Dear Families,
Welcome to the variety of classes we offer for children both with and without their grown-ups!
To help ensure the safety of all class participants, carefully read the rules and policies that apply to all classes that Mommy, Music & Me, Inc. offers in all of our locations.
In order to make classes the best experience possible for all, it is essential that the adults of Grown-up Child classes and Child classes agree to the following :
1. You must remain with your child for the entire duration of the session with the exception of FasTracKids. Watch your child at all times, and be aware of the other children around you.
2. Children must be escorted to the bathroom by their parent, guardian or care-giver only. No children are to be left alone at any time. FasTracKids are escorted by teaching assistants.
3. Unacceptable behavior such as running, hitting, biting, and throwing will not be permitted!
4. It is our primary concern to attempt to ensure the safety of all of the participants in our program.
If any unacceptable behavior that endangers the safety and well being of the other children continues, the child and parent / guardian /caregiver may be removed from the group at the discretion of the Teacher and/or Center Director.
I, as Parent /Guardian of Registered Child grant permission for him/her to fully participate in any Mommy, Music & Me, inc. class offered at any of our locations.
By registering my child and paying for class, I do hereby agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Mommy, Music & Me, inc., and all locations where Mommy, Music & Me, inc. offers classes. This includes but is not limited to: Mommy, Music & Me, inc., all locations where classes are offered, it’s officers, agents, and employees of all causes, liabilities, damages, claims, or demands whatsoever on account of any injury or accident involving the said child arising out of the child’s attendance at and participation in the program.
Agreement to these terms is required for class participation
